Executive Director, HEDSI
Al-Mustapha is a development and global health practitioner with a legal background, applying an interdisciplinary approach to advancing human development, social equity, and accountable service delivery.
He provides strategic and operational leadership for HEDSI's work across inclusive education, health and wellbeing, gender equality, access to justice, climate resilience, and poverty reduction.
His legal training strengthens HEDSI's focus on governance, rights-based approaches, policy engagement, and institutional accountability.
